| PROGRAM DETAILS: |

- Leads delivered must be same day semi-exclusive, received no later than 9:00 a.m. MST
- All leads must be Can-Spam compliant
- All files will be subject to a QA process of not less than 20% of the files received
- Any Broker having three files rejected within any rolling 30 day period cannot participate
- All monies due to Broker will be wired the following Monday from the previous week’s sales. All wire fees will be split between LendingCenter.com and the Broker; amounts of less than $1,000.00 will be sent by check instead of a wire transfer.
- Any and all returns from the previous week will be subtracted from the amount due to Broker.(net pay is minus returns)
- All monies received on files delivered by Broker will be split 50/50 between the Broker and LendingCenter.com after any referral fee, if any has been paid.
- Any Broker referring another Broker who does business with LendingCenter.com will be paid a 10% referred fee on all business generated minus returns.
- Once received, the leads are uploaded into our filter database and the leads are then posted on our website. Each lead will be sold a maximum of 3 times per lead. Once the lead has been sold 3 times it drops out of the database of available leads.
- All of our leads are made available through a cherry pick website.
- We are offering a generous 50/50 split for all sales.
- Commissions are paid every Monday minus any returns.

| LEAD QA / FILTERING PROCESS: |

All Leads sent for uploading will go thru a filtering process which includes duplication check (back 15 days), blacklist check, zip code to state verification, foul language check and SPAM complaint check. |
