Return Policy
This return policy will be followed exactly as it is written. Anything “outside the box” is subject to review and approval by LendingCenter.com.
Our pricing and system is setup to provide the most cost efficient leads available anywhere on the internet. Repeated violations of the Return Policy will result in price increases or cancellation of your account.
Please read and understand the terms of our policies before you submit a return. **All leads being returned for credit must be returned within 72 hours from the date of purchase. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
Returns for the following will be accepted:
1) Wrong or disconnected numbers
2) Dated or old data will be returnable on a case by case basis
- It is common knowledge that customers are told by loan officers to advise the next caller that they have already refinanced. This will get you off the phone and it will end phone calls fast. This does not always mean that the lead is old. All lead returns will be called and verified
Returns for the following will NOT be accepted:
1) Sending returns by email or the use of the online chat
- Only use the return system on the website, this is how we track and credit your account
2) Incorrect data
- We do not verify the information, it is input on our website by the customer as he/she sees fit. We cannot take responsibility for input errors. Expect that there may be errors in the data
3) Too many people calling the lead
- We only sell the lead 2-3 times. It cannot be sold by LendingCenter.com anymore than that because of the way the system is setup. In addition, customers have been known to apply at other websites, they still get solicitation calls, they get mailers followed up by phone call. Within the same organization the lead may be passed off to a late afternoon or evening crew . YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE TRYING TO REACH THEM. THIS IS A VERY COMPETITIVE MARKET
4) No answer at any numbers
- Customers have been known to leave town, not answer the phone after 5 pm . Some people will not answer the phone if the call is blocked or shows a company name. Someone else may have reached the customer and now he/she is no longer interested because they are already working with someone else. This is the risk you take when you buy a lead. Try all phone numbers, send an email…there are no guarantees when you buy leads.
5) Customer already working with someone
- Our leads are sold 2-3 times. They may have applied elsewhere. They may have been referred to the neighbor’s brother in law down the street or maybe answered a mailer. There are no guarantees when buying leads.
- This Policy will be amended from time to time as Brokers and Loan officers get more and more creative when returning leads. Keep in mind that our pricing and website are setup to keep our pricing down. Repeated attempts to abuse the Return Policy will result in price increases for EVERYONE and the cancellation of your account.
All returns are verified for accuracy. Please allow up to 72 hours for response.
All returns are to be submitted online by clicking the "Return a Lead " button once you login.
